48 hours notice is required if you chose to reschedule your appointment

Failure to reschedule your appointment during the given time will result in loss of deposit. An additional deposit will be required to re-book in future should this happen

Should you be 15 min late for your appointment, a potential loss of deposit may be applicable

Should you be 30 min late, a loss of deposit will be applicable, your appointment will be cancelled and a new deposit will be required in order to rebook

Failure to provide notice (no-show) will result in full charge for procedure. An additional deposit will be required to re-book in future should this happen

Minimum age requirement is 18 years old

Please advise that no animals or children are allowed the day of your service due to safety and sterile purposes

We are unable to provide services if pregnant or breastfeeding

No filler or botox near the procedure area for at least 2 weeks prior to appointment

Avoid exfoliating acids, peels and direct sun for at least 2 weeks prior to appointment

No alcohol consumption for at least 24 hours prior to appointment

Avoid consuming caffeine for at least 10 hours prior to appointment
