Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable

• 48 hours notice is required if you chose to reschedule your appointment

• Failure to reschedule your appointment during the given time will result in loss of deposit. An additional deposit will be required to re-book in future should this happen

• Should you be 15 min late for your appointment, a potential loss of deposit may be applicable

• Should you be 30 min late, a loss of deposit will be applicable, your appointment will be cancelled and a new deposit will be required in order to rebook

• Failure to provide notice (no-show) will result in full charge for procedure. An additional deposit will be required to re-book in future should this happen
